Marketing Manager
Marketing manager is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. They evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed. They oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities. They manage vendor relations with partners as needed.
Responsibilities:
Develops quarterly marketing plan in conjunction with Account Team, which details activities to follow during the following quarter, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
Manage the Marketing Department Co-Op Budget. Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget. Direction of marketing staff where budgets are involved.
Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
Manage all business lines within the marketing arena.
Manage all Trade Shows and attend as necessary.
Management of Social Media Tactics on a regular basis.
Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Manage a team of two graphic designers on a daily basis.
Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting competitive market research on a monthly basis on our largest competitors.
Come up with new partnered sales opportunities to drive revenue.
Work with Director of Marketing to develop monthly campaigns for team to utilize in the field based on penetration numbers.

Job Specifications:
business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
2-5 years of sales experience in the marketing industry.
Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Territory Account Coordinator
DirecPath’s Territory Account Coordinators are responsible for maintaining and growing our current property portfolio. Each coordinator is responsible for a collection of properties. Within their portfolio, they have an array of responsibilities ranging from sales & marketing to customer service to building long term relationships. The team of Account Coordinators travels to properties developing relationships across the Southeast and Southwest. Each Territory Account Coordinator has an overall goal to develop their territory, support the property management team and grow the DirecPath portfolio overall to reach & maintain a company-wide goal of at least 60% subscriber rate per property.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
Each Coordinator will be responsible for a mix of approximately 50 properties based on geography. Territories are divided by region and out of town markets.
The Account Coordinator position requires a very flexible schedule (evenings and weekends), out of state travel, and an average of 50-55 hours a week. This position requires the Account Coordinator to communicate effectively with all peers, managers, and property contacts.
